2. Company And Product Relationship

TechBurn Technologies is the operating business entity. DoraPrint is a product operated by TechBurn Technologies.

TechBurn Technologies provides software services. DoraPrint provides print and document services including printing, photocopy, scanning, binding, lamination, typing, resume support, and photo services where available.

4. Order Acceptance And Fulfillment

Orders are treated as confirmed after explicit confirmation in the supported channel. Fulfillment timelines are estimates and may vary by volume, service complexity, location, and operational conditions.

5. Pricing And Payment

Prices are communicated through applicable channels at order time. For DoraPrint, payment options may include Cash on Delivery and UPI or online transfer where offered. Manual verification may be required for online references.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide accurate details, lawful content, and valid contact information. You are responsible for rights and permissions related to uploaded or shared files.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use services for unlawful, infringing, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity. We may suspend or reject service requests that violate policy or law.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Some service flows depend on third-party providers including communication and hosting platforms. Their availability and policy changes may affect service behavior.

9. Intellectual Property

TechBurn Technologies retains rights in its systems, processes, and service materials unless explicitly transferred in a written agreement. Customer-provided content remains customer-owned.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided on a reasonable effort basis unless otherwise committed in writing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation in all conditions.

11. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechBurn Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from service use or inability to use services.

12. Suspension Or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy breaches, abusive conduct, or legal and operational risks.

13. Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts with jurisdiction in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued service use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
