Refund And Cancellation Policy

Effective date: April 19, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to services operated by TechBurn Technologies, including DoraPrint service orders and TechBurn Technologies software service engagements unless a signed contract states otherwise.

2. DoraPrint Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be shared as early as possible on WhatsApp or the support contact. Orders cancelled before processing starts are generally eligible for full reversal of prepaid amount, if any.

3. DoraPrint Refund Rules

If a prepaid order is cancelled before production starts, refunds are initiated to the original payment method. If processing has started, refund eligibility depends on work completed and material consumed.

4. COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, no payment refund is applicable where payment was not collected. If an issue is verified, service correction, rework, or replacement may be offered based on case review.

5. Service Quality Complaints

Report quality issues within 24 hours of delivery or collection with order number and supporting photos or details. Verified service defects are reviewed for correction, partial refund, or full refund based on issue severity.

6. Software Services

For software engagements, cancellation and refund terms follow the signed proposal, statement of work, or contract. Milestone work already delivered or in progress is generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Refund Timelines

Approved online refunds are typically initiated within 5 to 7 business days. Actual credit timelines depend on payment channel and banking systems.

8. Abuse Prevention

Repeated abusive claims, unlawful use, or policy misuse may result in claim rejection and service restrictions.
